Who I am

This website (https://dariahudec.com) is run by Daria Hudec, a freelance e-commerce and digital marketing consultant based in Tenerife, Spain, working as daria. What I collect and why

I only collect what I need to run this site and stay in touch with you.

Contact and booking forms: your name, email address and message, so I can reply.

Newsletter and free downloads: if you sign up for my newsletter or download a free resource, your name and email address are stored with MailerLite, my email provider. I use them to send you the resource and occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, I use Google Analytics and Search Console to see how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally.

Legal basis for using your data

Under the GDPR, I use your data based on:

• Your consent: for the newsletter, free downloads and optional cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest: to keep the site secure, filter spam and reply to messages.
• Steps before a contract: when you ask me about working together.

Who I share your data with

I never sell your data. I only share it with trusted services that help me run this site and process data on my behalf:

• Hostinger: website hosting
• MailerLite: email newsletter
• Google Analytic & Search Console

Some of these providers may store data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, they use approved safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep your data

• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Messages and client details: as long as needed to reply or work together, plus any records I’m legally required to keep for tax and accounting.

Your rights
