Why do people buy, and why do they leave?
That’s the question my Master’s in consumer psychology taught me to ask first. I’ve been asking it for 8+ years in e-commerce, including six in Amazon agency work.
I love a good puzzle and I’m a little obsessed with optimization. My favourite part is the “aha”: the moment a founder sees the big picture and knows exactly what to do next.
